A whole entry dedicated to (spring) skiing

So, this was supposed to be my first real spring-spring entry, but let's face it: Right now it is snowing again outside and that makes me feel really really excited... You all know how I get when it's snowing, my feet start tingeling and I just want to jump into my ski boots and go for it. Unluckyly it is the Easter weekend and there's 1000000000000 people in town. Literally. What leaves me in kind of a dilemma... desperatly wanting to go, very good (powder) snow, BUT a whole shitload of people. Hm. Guess I'll have to figure that out tomorrow. I hate being torn...

EDIT: I did go. It was just fucking awesome!!! 40 cm of fresh Rocky Mountain champagne dry pow... Died and gone to heaven. All those cool tree runs with the new snow... This is what I came here for. Finally living the dream!! Check out all those pictures!!!
Although I destroyed my skis... I went over a stone and now they have to be fixed what will be about 70$... But that happens I guess.

South Side Chutes

Last week was very exciting in skiing terms as well as I went to do the Delirium Dive. The Delirium Dive is freeride terrain in Sunshine village patrolled by the ski patrol which requires you to carry avalanche equipment. We rented the equipment and it turned out to be one of the most amazing skiing adventures/experiences I've ever had. It is super steep, has a lot of cliffs and bowls and it is kind of sheltered, so even if the rest of the resort is bad, The Dive always is nice to ski.
Yes. I did fell in love. Now that I feel comfortable being in the powder again after my accident I am hooked. Addicted. I NEED more of this. I am gonna be a free skiier back home ;) Watch out! Anna is going to buy powder skis when she's home...
